How is pricing determined?
Pricing is customized to every individual space and service type.
For housekeeping, we calculate cost primarily by the square footage of the property and the level of cleaning requested.
Home management and personal assistant services are billed by time or package.
We also offer optional add-ons for specialized tasks.

Quoted prices assume average-sized rooms in standard condition. Extra time needed for extensive cleaning or custom requests is billed hourly, and youāll always be informed before any adjustments are made.
Can I customize the services based on my needs?
Absolutely. Thatās what Violet & Rose is all about. We tailor every visit to meet your householdās unique needs ā whether you need deep cleaning, home organization, errands, or help managing weekly routines.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes. We provide all cleaning products and tools necessary to complete your service. If you have specific products you prefer, we are happy to use them instead. Pricing remains the same whether we use our products or yours.
Do you offer laundry or dishwashing?
Laundry and dishwashing are available as add-on housekeeping services upon request. Because workload and volume vary by household, these services are quoted individually after assessment to ensure accurate pricing.
Do you offer organization or packing services?
Yes. For home or business organization and packing needs, we partner with Momās Way Packing LLC, owned by Melissa Smith, a trusted local specialist. These services are handled by Momās Way Packing LLC and billed separately at their own rates.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Violet & Rose Housekeeping Services LLC is fully Licensed, Insured, and PCI Compliance Certified for your peace of mind.
